Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PalletCraft USA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

PalletCraft USA provides custom handcrafted pallet furniture manufacturing and sales services. All products are made to order based on customer specifications and our standard designs.

Orders and Payments

Custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Production and Delivery

Production times vary based on project complexity and current workload, typically ranging from 2-4 weeks. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is provided within 50 miles of our Nashville workshop; additional fees apply for greater distances.

Customization and Changes

Design changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and extend delivery times. Significant changes may require a new quote.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on structural integrity and craftsmanship for all custom pieces. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by weather exposure without proper maintenance. Basic collection items include a 1-year limited warranty.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. The deposit is non-refundable after design approval. Standard items may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund minus shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

PalletCraft USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of PalletCraft USA and are protected by copyright laws. Custom designs created for clients remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
